Black Passion Fruit Tea is a mixture of passion fruit bits in the exotic Ceylon black tea. Passion fruit is cultivated commercially for its fruit in northwestern South America, India, the Caribbean, Brazil, south Florida, Hawaii, Australia, East Africa, Israel and South Africa. The passion fruit is round to oval, yellow or dark purple at maturity, with a mushy interior filled with numerous seeds. The fruit can be grown to eat or for its juice, which is often added to other fruit juices to enhance aroma. Ceylon black tea provides the perfect favoring for fruit mixes. Black Peach Tea

Black Peach Tea is a mixture of dried peach strips in the exotic Ceylon black tea. The peach often plays an important part in Chinese tradition and is symbolic of long life. Elder Zhang Guo, one of the Chinese Eight Immortals, is often depicted carrying a Peach of Immortality. The peach blossoms are also highly prized in Chinese culture, ranked slightly lower than mei blossom. Due to its luscious taste and soft texture, in ancient China “peach” was also a slang word for “young bride”, and it has remained in many cultures as a way to define pretty young women. Black Strawberry Tea

Black Strawberry Tea is a mixture of dried strawberry bits in the exotic Ceylon black tea. Strawberry fruits are aggregates made up of several small fruits, each with one seed called an achene. The flesh of the strawberry is actually an enlarged receptacle, non-reproductive material. Strawberries grow close to the ground and spread by sending out runners. Black Dragon Pearl Tea

This exceptional Chinese black tea is produced in the southern province of Yunnan and reveals a unique trait not often associated with black teas. Smooth body, sweet undertones and a gentle lingering makes this a delicious cup. This style of tea is more difficult to source as many gardens are beginning to produce highly sought after Pu-erh teas.

Lapsong Sauchong Tea

Also known as Zhengshan Xiaozhong, smoked teas are a specialty of Fujian Province. The leaves are withered over pine fires, then pan-fried and rolled. They are then pressed into barrels and covered with cloths. After fermenting, they are fired and then rolled, and placed in bamboo baskets and dried over smoking pine fires. Thick black strips of leaf give a distinct smoky aroma and flavor, and a rich red liquor. Drink without or with a little milk. Pairs very well with English breakfast foods and with fish.
