Can you tell me more about your wholesale policies?
All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned. In the event of damage or breakage in the shipping process we will issue a call tag for the carrier to retrieve the item and replace it free of charge. Please save all original packaging, as the carrier must have this on all claims. For more detailed information about returns, please see our returns policy. For wholesale orders outside the continental U.S, please contact us for shipping rates. If you are a retailer with a physical location and/or have a retail web presence, you may be interested in our dropshipping program.
What about your dropshipping program?
We offer a generous dropship program for all of our products. If you own a web-based business and would like to place any of these items on it for dropshipping, please email us or call us at 1-919-846-0910 for consideration.

Tea will last 2-3 weeks outside of an air-tight container. In an air-tight container, your tea can last up to 2 years.
Make the same preparations you would make for hot tea for your iced tea. (Double the amount of tea for your cup or pitcher).Once your tea has finished brewing, double the amount of sweetener to your tea. From then, you can either had ice to your tea or refrigerate.
No. None of our teas contain Gluten or Wheat products.
How can I place an order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), checks and money orders for the full amount of purchase. For payment by check or money order, please make payable to ORiEnTspiration, and send to 5720 Capital Boulevard, Suite P, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27616. You may order directly from our website or by phone, (919) 846-0910.
How safe is my information?
All orders placed online or by phone are confidential. We respect your right to privacy and do not sell or give your information to any others. Our websites follow strict guidelines and protocols, specifically: a Secure Socket Layer server, enabled with a Security Certificate which encrypts all sensitive information such as credit card numbers. This is the internet standard for assuring the safety of credit card transactions over the internet.
We do not sell or give our lists to anyone. We respect your privacy and will not give out your information to anyone.
How much does shipping cost?
For domestic orders, shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order.
UPS Ground delivery is the primary delivery service for ORiEnTspiration. We also offer delivery service with the United States Postal Service for selected items.
We can ship to most countries in the world. Shipping zones outside of the continental U.S. may require additional shipping charges. Please note that we cannot be responsible for VAT, duties or customs charges which may be applied by your country. For international orders, ORiEnTspiration is not responsible for any possible customs fees, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country. If imposed, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We can ship some, but not all items to APO and other military addresses. We provide a tracking number up to the point where the package arrives at the APO hub. After this, we have no way to control or track the package, and in our experience it can often take several additional weeks or longer for the package to finally arrive to you. Because of this we can not guarantee package delivery beyond the APO hub. It is far better to provide us with a non-military address when possible to avoid non-refundable loss or damage to your items.
All teas are shipped in our exclusive round ORiEnTea containers. The tea is then sealed in an inner bag for freshness.
Since all teas are individually packed, we are unable to do this, but you can mix them yourself.
While we carry a full inventory of all our products, some may go out of stock from time to time. We will let you know if an item is out of stock within two days after you place your order. Also be aware that our inventory constantly changes as we bring in the latest and greatest in Chinese cultural merchandise.
Is that really the color of an item that I see on my computer?
Images displayed in digital format can vary in color depending on your computer settings, browser, and other factors. Unavoidably, the colors displayed on your monitor may differ slightly from those of the actual product.
How can I return or exchange an item that I purchased?
We offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all retail orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may send it back to us (at your expense) for a full refund, minus original shipping expenses. For return shipping information, please see our returns policy. Refunds will be made only in the form of the original tender. Tea and food items are non-refundable.
ORiEnTspiration will accept exchanges if we are notified within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know the item you wish to exchange and we will provide instructions on how to complete the exchange. The customer is responsible for all paying all shipping charges when sending the item(s) back to us for exchange. The customer is also responsible for paying shipping charges on the new item that is being exchanged.
Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. While our clothing sizes are Chinese sizes, our size chart gives compatable US sizing standards.
Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If a customer rejects a package because of customs issue or other issues that arise on their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to the customer.
How can I return or exchange an item given to me as a gift?
Product must be in original condition and can only be returned for exchange only.

ORiEnTspiration offers discounts on larger purchases of all of its teas. From time to time we also offer website coupons and discount codes which are sent out in our monthly newsletters. In all cases, these discount codes are valid only in isolation from any other discount or special, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or sales.
Do you have a catalog?

We are direct importers. We bring our merchandise in directly from various parts of Asia. This allows us to have a superior selection with fantastic prices.
