Round Ball Tea Infuser
Mesh stainless steel ball infuser is used for loose leaf tea leaves. Includes chain to make steeping and removal easy.
It is ideal for single tea cup users or for replacing teapot strainer.
Fill infusers only up to half their capacity, to allow the leaves to expand or unfold and release their essential oils. Large leaf teas, white teas and big flower tea may require larger infusers (Oolong, Ti Kuan Yin, White peony, Silver needle, Carnation, Osanthemum). Small leaf teas, and broken leaves, such as with decaffeinated teas, are best steeped with infusers that have small holes or openings.
When choosing the size, remember to match the size of the opening of your cup or tea pot with the size of the infuser or strainer.
